Espinoza Paz was born in La Angostura, a small colorful town just north of Sinaloa, Mexico; he was only 11 years old when he wrote his first song, dedicated to a girl he had a crush on. A long and successful way has walked Espinoza Paz since then, this young and self-taught musician already has an acknowledged career as a songwriter.

Espinoza Paz is quickly heading towards being one of the most prolific composers that the Regional Mexican music industry has seen; step by step, song by song, getting closer to what was once his dream, to be like his idols: Juan Gabriel, Marco Antonio Solis or Joan Sebastian, exceptional icons of the Mexican Music.

Some of his well known hit songs have been recorded by important acts in the Regional Mexican spectrum, such as Jenny Rivera [“Inolvidable”], La Arrolladora Banda El Limón [“Sobre Mis Pies”], Montez de Durango [“Espero”], “El Coyote”,--a popular sinaloense Banda singer-- “Besitos en el cuello”, “Prohibido” and “Para impresionarte”; Duelo [“Te compro”], Palomo [“Invisible”], Sergio Vega [“Necesito dueña”], Banda Cuisillos [“Mil heridas”], and, of course, he’s also the author of the chart-topper and #1 played song in the US right now, “Lo Intentamos”, part of his latest album as soloist, entitled ‘Yo no canto, pero lo intentamos”.
